Description

SD95-179X is use specialty glass for binder material, conductive silver paste of crystalline silicon cell front paste make with silver powder. It is suited to high square resistance (95 Ohm) wafer and design for High temperature fast burning, also sintering window is wide, and printing is well-adapted.

Performance specification(sintered)

Silver thread’s resistance value:<0.005Ω/□@ 25micron(square resistance); Adhesive force:It is suited to lead and lead-free soldering, welding pull force is above 3N.;Contact resistance:Low contact resistance of high sheet resistance silicon wafer is achievable, normal value above 2.4 milliohm resistance.

Usable method

Must stir well before use, it’d better use specialized planetary stirrer to stir; without it, you could stir slowly by plastic ink knife more than ten minutes, make sure the sizing is mixed; but only for plastic, the rubber can may be cut if use metal knife, then plastic particle will drop in to influence on silk screen working life and printing effect; SR95-178X can use directly, so we advise not to dilute, but it can dilute when the viscosity rise or hard to print by special thinner R-12(less than 0.5%).

Sintering condition

Standard CT sintering furnace for sintering:
Drying section four temperature ranges:220℃ 260℃ 300℃ 320℃,Wet material is volatilize completely. Sintering six temperature ranges:420℃ 480℃ 500℃ 550℃ 840℃ 860℃,Sinter front and back. Tape speed:5400mm/minute(reference: KIC temperature and testing graph by tracker). Cleaning:

please use alcohols solvent to clean, such as ethanol and terpilenol.

Storage

SR95-178X best if use by is six months after the original can leave the factory by keeping in the temperature between 5℃-25℃. Please pay attention not to make the ink freeze, Keep tight lid when it rarely use, also kept in a cool well ventilated places. Do not carelessly disposed the empty can and dispose it according to the instruction.

Safe handling

user of silver paste must have strict safety guidelines (wear masks, goggles and gloves), should not touch skin for long time. If mistakenly swallowed or Inhale it is harmful, when it happened must give a thorough cleaning and be hospitalized. Do not get close to the fire or inflammable, allow the air to circulate when using.
Packing

PE plastics can 2kgs/can, 12kgs/can, and 18kgs/can.
